"After a recent family loss, I stopped going to the gym consistently for roughly a year. I lost a decent amount of muscle mass as expected. Kurt informed me about the Health & Fitness courses he was taking. I bought a specialized program from him to help get the ball rolling again. He was very attentive during the interaction and asked a couple of questions so he could customize a routine that will best fit my goals. I am currently on a second routine he has made for me. The first routine helped me gain back some confidence as well as muscle mass. The pumps and gains were amazing! He would do a weekly check-in. If an exercise was not working for me, he would replace it with another that would hit similar muscles if not the same. He would explain the form of a new workout and the muscles it would target. He also offers help with nutrition plans. Out of many fitness coaches I've come across, Kurt is the only one I truly believe embodies Fitness on all levels(Physically, Emotionally, and Mentally.) You are paying for a coach but you end up getting a mentor that will do his best to ensure you reach your goals. The only regret i have from Kurt is how sore I am the following day of a workout because of how amazing it targets each muscle! Highly recommended as a coach!"
